Modding help

So I am planning to make like a you are herobrine mod but I'm new to modding.. I guess I can make one by editing the excising mob AI and perhaps adding some other mobs but doe you guys have some tips?

I don't think anyone on this forum is a modder at all. You're are only modder

Really, thanks to you, I'm going to make a forum called "Mods and Modding". So I'll move it there after I've finished with it.

I Kinda lost track on where the files for excising mobs are located does anyone know, I want to edit their AI ( I might not succeed at making this mod btw I'm new at modding ( and keep rage-quiting all my mods..)) ( I can add items however ) I don't think I will be adding extra mobs since i just can edit the villagers..

Or should I just add a herobrine mod instead and some new items? I'm having trouble with modding because I have not done it in quite some time. So don't think this will be the greatest mod ever. I might change some things if I can't get it to work. Anyone got some ideas?
